Cancellation policy Summerschool 2008
- A request for refunding always in writting or by e-mail, at least 72 hours prior to your summerschool activity. Submit your name, address and bank account. As subject mention: 'request for refund'.
- Refunding is authorized in case of emergency and only in cases where the minimum amount is at least E 35,00 (payments smaller than E 35,00 will not be refunded).
- In case of a refund there will be an administration charge of E 5,00
- If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours prior to your summerschool activity or the payment is smaller than E 35,00 there are no refunds. However, if possible, we will try to re-schedule your balletclass. In case of a re-schedule there will be an administration charge of E 1,50 for each class. Please note, it might not be possible to
re-schedule if a class is sold out.
- In case of not showing up, there are no refunds.
